PROCLAMATION

History is in the making. Therefore, we, as man, with all his unalienable rights, shall intervene during its course for the sake of our common interest, that is, the well-being, longevity and prosperity of our beloved civilization.

Hence, it is our duty to proclaim, with the help of the grace and mercy of God, that tyranny and dictatorship shall be overthrown; and a Federal Republic of China in the spirit of democracy shall be established in time to come.
