About Me
- Name: Dachuxing大楚兴
吾於一九九四年隨家移居美國紐約﹐至今十載有餘。因身置故鄉沃土之大洋彼岸﹐其間失得參半﹕失之者如飛禽無巢﹐走獸無穴﹐終日存皇皇思鄉之懷﹔得之者乃處一佳境遂可隔岸潛心觀吾華夏文明之乾坤虛實﹐究其來龍去脈﹐體其興盛滄桑﹐悟其性靈精髓。今日吾將暢所欲言﹐傾吾宿日之肝膽忠腸﹐以昭天下人為鑒耳。 I immigrated with my family to New York in 1994, and have been living here for more than ten years. Due to the fact that my current residence being so far away from my motherland across the Pacific, I have found that both the rewards and losses have been equally substantial: the losses being as if a bird without its nest to settle in, an animal without its cave to return to, so that I am prone to be melancholy and nostalgic. The rewards however, are having been excellently situated from an ocean-apart distance so that I am able to carry out a profound meditation on the nature of the Chinese civilization, investigate on her provenance and future course, reflect on her prosperity and longevity, and obtain enlightenment on her ethos and spirit. Today I would like to freely enunciate my discoveries and findings, confess my predispositions and my truthful heart, in order to share with everyone a reckoning.
