China only has subjects, no citizens.

今之共产中国，仅有臣民subject，没有公民citizen。

And the relationship between the government and the governed is that of rulers to subjects, not elected officials and their constituencies.

而且政治关系是建立在统治者和被统治的臣民之间，而非民选官员与其负责的选区选民。

臣民只能唯命是从，没有任何参政意识和权利 (civil rights)，故今之国人，懂得“民主”之真谛，实乃微乎其微，任听那毛酋共匪胡扯滥弹琴，说甚 "democuntfuckracy" 已建立，可谓让天下人（除天真的国人之外）耻笑，悲哉吾民，哀哉吾国。继续受其愚民政策 obscurantism 之摆布，颠倒黑白，混淆是非。

The eminent political philosopher Kenneth Minogue had furnished us with an enlightening exposition which cogently correlates to the current quagmire of the Tibet Question from his book written in 1968, from which he explains such phenomenon as "group behavior" and I quote:

"Each group identifies itself by distinct ways of behaviors, and is likely to indulge its group cohesion by hostility to foreigners. One common feature is xenophobia… ...On this principle, the rulers of countries who find themselves faced with civil strife have been known to provoke external quarrels to avoid internal opposition."
